Corporate Names

Corporate names are like titles of works included in the business designations. They can be divided in marks with a name function (e.g. pronounceable combinations of letters) and in marks without name function (e.g. colours). Whereas the first innately have regularly distinctiveness, the latter are only protected if they prevailed as a distinctive mark of a business enterprise on the market. Apart from this the protection of marks of undertaking is similar to the protection of trademarks.
